Shipping Overview

Public Assembly is committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, rates, and timelines for all products purchased through our website or in-store for delivery.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • In-stock items: Ships within 1-2 business days
  • Pre-orders: Ships on or before release date
  • Special orders: 5-10 business days
  • High-value cards: Additional 1-2 days for verification

You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships with tracking information.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may become available in the future.

Shipping Restrictions

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available at our Tampa location:

  • Order online and select "Local Pickup" at checkout
  • Wait for "Ready for Pickup" email (usually within 2-4 hours)
  • Bring order confirmation and ID
  • Pickup hours: Tuesday-Sunday, 11 AM - 8 PM

PO Boxes

We ship to PO Boxes via USPS methods only. Express shipping is not available for PO Box addresses.

High-Value Orders

Orders containing cards or products valued over $200:

  • Require signature confirmation
  • Shipped with full insurance
  • Additional handling fee of $5
  • Cannot be shipped to PO Boxes

Trading Card Specific Shipping

Single Cards

  • Cards under $20: Shipped in PWE (plain white envelope) with tracking
  • Cards $20-$99: Bubble mailer with tracking
  • Cards $100+: Rigid packaging with insurance

Sealed Products

  • Booster boxes: Double-boxed for protection
  • Individual packs: Bubble mailer or box depending on quantity
  • Collector items: Custom packaging to prevent damage

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information:

  • Tracking number emailed upon shipment
  • Real-time tracking available through carrier website
  • Email updates for delivery status changes

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Document damage with photos immediately
  2. Keep all packaging materials
  3. Contact us within 48 hours
  4. We will file insurance claim if applicable
  5. Replacement or refund provided promptly

Lost Packages

For packages marked as delivered but not received:

  • Check with neighbors and building management
  • Verify shipping address accuracy
  • Contact carrier for GPS delivery location
  • File claim with us within 5 business days
  • We will work with carrier to resolve

Address Changes

To change shipping address after ordering:

  • Contact us immediately
  • Changes only possible before shipment
  • Additional fees may apply for rerouting

Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons (November-December):

  • Add 2-3 business days to all delivery estimates
  • Order early to ensure holiday delivery
  • Express shipping recommended for time-sensitive orders
